New standing seam metal roof
Signed a contract with Roman Roofing on Jan. 8th. In 3 weeks they had the permits, my old roof torn off, renailed and peel and stick on to keep dry. Measured for standing seam metal roof and in 3 more weeks had the metal made and installed. Oh, did I say they did an excellent job! They also do shingles for your info. Great roofing company you can count on!
We were scheduled to get our new metal roof a few days before Hurrican Ian hit. We had already given them half of the cost of the roof. I called Clayton, our salesman to let him know we had know idea when we would be able to start the roofing project as we had a very tree fall on and in our home. He said he couldn't guarantee what the price would be as cost of materials go up. I asked him to just go ahead and return our deposit. After he spoke with his boss, he called back to say they would honor the original estimate and hold the deposit till we were ready. They did exactly that! We just got our roof after almost 2.5 years and a few more hurricanes. We had a long battle with our Insurance company and then getting started on repairs. There were a few mishaps that were taken care of immediately! Thank you Roman's for sticking it out with us and taking care of us!
Great service from Ralph
We had Roman Replace our roof 5 years ago. They did a great job. After one of the storms, we were missing 2 shingles. Ralph came out to check the damage. He was GREAT. I had a couple of extra shingles so he went up and fixed the two shingles on the spot. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. A quality service person.
Great experience
My giid experience started with Austin Kennedy, my salesman. He presented the company's experience in a very truthful way and that cut my attention. The project was scheduled for October and it was right before hurricane Milton. Everything was handled precisely as it was promised and various team members went out of their way to secure all supplies which were delivered already. It started on October 14th and finished on October 29th with entire team working 6 full days to complete a beautifully executed new roof. Great performance by entire team, especially 24/7 help from Austin Kennedy. Big Thank you from us.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Roman Roofing. I got estimates from several companies to replace my tile roof, which was over thirty years old. Roman Roofing had the best price AND the best warranty, which were equally important to me. Mike is an excellent representative and was always available to answer any questions and concerns, at any time of day. I have also dealt with Ashley in the front office and Devin was the project manager, and Tony was the supervisor for the project. They were all amazing and great at their jobs. The workers were top notch and very skilled. I also was able to speak to the owner of the company, Norm. I doubt you'll find another company where you can find this many positive experiences from different individuals. I am so pleased with the finished product. I have had multiple compliments about my new roof. I feel it has increased the value of my home.

Roof leak repair
I didn’t have a large project, We had a leak in our roof, Frank came out two days later and went in a 95 degree attic and found the problem.They gave us a very good quote! And repaired the problem the next week perfectly. Highly recommended.
Mike is the Best!!
Mike went out of his way to check on us after we made our appt. He called and walked us through each item he inspected. He provided his expertise in regards to our roof and what we needed to do specifically to fix it. His kindness and caring went above and beyond.
