YOUR LIFE AS A ROOFING SALES MANAGER

As a Roofing Sales Manager, you motivate our sales team to close deals while promoting our organization and services. Your main goal is to curate a positive working environment so each person can meet their key performance indicators. To do this, you create individual sales goals with estimators, track sales goals, and report results. Diligently, you ensure projects are kept up to date by turning in the necessary paperwork, sending requested documentation, and moving projects to the appropriate phase. You also follow up with customers after proposals are sent and continue to correspond throughout the project. With your efforts, our company thrives and operates efficiently!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience in planning and implementing strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a team
